Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and SOS Inventory

OCR Space + SOS Inventory + Airtable: When a new image is uploaded to OCR Space, the text is extracted and product details are identified. SOS Inventory updates its stock levels based on the extracted data, and a record of the transaction is created in Airtable for auditing.

SOS Inventory + OCR Space + Slack: When SOS Inventory detects low stock based on a trigger event, the system scans supplier invoices with OCR Space to verify the quantities that are ordered and expected delivery dates. Once processed, a notification is sent to the purchasing team via Slack with details of the stock situation and supplier invoice information.
