Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring OCR Space, Streak, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OCR Space and Streak integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OCR Space and Streak (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and Streak
OCR Space + Streak + Google Sheets: This automation extracts text from invoices using OCR Space. It then updates deal information in Streak based on the extracted data and logs the extracted data and update details into a Google Sheet for record-keeping and analysis.
Streak + OCR Space + Slack: When a deal's pipeline stage changes in Streak, the linked contract file is processed using OCR Space to extract its text. This extracted text is then sent as a message to a designated Slack channel for review and archival purposes.
