Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring OCR Space, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OCR Space and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OCR Space and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and TickTick

OCR Space + TickTick + Google Drive: When a receipt image is processed by OCR Space, extract the text and create a task in TickTick to log the expense. Simultaneously, save the original receipt image to a designated folder in Google Drive for record-keeping.

TickTick + OCR Space + Slack: When a new task is created in TickTick, especially a critical one, use OCR Space to scan a related document and extract the text. Then, send a notification to a designated Slack channel including the extracted text from the document.
