Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OCR Space and Vitally integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OCR Space and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and Vitally
OCR Space + Vitally + Google Sheets: When a new invoice image is available (simulated by a new file in OCR Space), the data is extracted and used to update the corresponding customer's information in Vitally. A log of the update, including previous and new values, is recorded in Google Sheets.
Vitally + OCR Space + Slack: When a customer's health score is updated in Vitally, OCR Space simulates checking for new communications. If potential issues are identified (simulated by processing an image), a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert support.
