Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Salesforce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Okta and Salesforce
Okta + Salesforce + Slack: When a new user is provisioned in Okta, their information is used to create a contact in Salesforce. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new user.
Salesforce + Okta + Google Sheets: When an employee's record is updated in Salesforce (e.g., status changed to 'Terminated'), their Okta account is deprovisioned, and a record of this action is logged in Google Sheets.
