Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Okta and Zapier integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Zapier (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Okta + Zapier + Slack: When a new event is triggered in Okta (e.g., user creation), Zapier receives this data and Slack sends a message to a specified channel notifying about the event.
Zapier + Okta + Google Sheets: When Zapier detects an Okta event, such as an authentication failure (assumed as data sent to Zapier), it logs the event details into a Google Sheet for security auditing.
