Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Okta, Zoom, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Okta and Zoom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and Zoom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Okta and Zoom
Okta + Zoom + Slack: When a new user is added to Okta, a corresponding Zoom account is automatically created. Then, a direct message containing the Zoom login details is sent to the user via Slack.
Zoom + Okta + Google Calendar: When a Zoom meeting is created, the flow checks Okta to find users whose email addresses match the meeting invitees. If a match is found, the meeting is automatically added to the user's Google Calendar.
