Most powerful ways to connect OneSignal and Zoho Desk

OneSignal + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a new notification is created in OneSignal, the workflow checks for specific campaign criteria. If it matches the criteria for high-priority, a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk, and a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team.

Zoho Desk + OneSignal + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk, the workflow creates a push notification via OneSignal. The ticket details are also logged in a Google Sheet, along with relevant push notification metrics (this would require another flow triggered by OneSignal new notification event writing the campaign success metrics to the sheet) .
