Most powerful ways to connect Open Weather and Bexio
Open Weather + Bexio + Slack: When Open Weather reports severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow) near a client's project site, Bexio is checked for projects at that location. If matching projects are found, a Slack message is sent to the accounting team to alert them of potential delays.
Open Weather + Bexio + Google Calendar: This automation checks the weather forecast using Open Weather. If favorable weather is predicted, and there is a project in Bexio with a matching location, a Google Calendar event is created to schedule a site visit.
