Most powerful ways to connect Open Weather and CloudTalk

Open Weather + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When Open Weather detects cold weather based on a specified location, CloudTalk identifies calls made to that region. The details of these calls are then logged into a Google Sheet for tracking call center impact.

Open Weather + CloudTalk + Slack: If Open Weather reports bad weather conditions, this triggers a check of CloudTalk call volumes. If a significant increase in call volume is detected, a Slack message is sent to alert staff about the potential impact.
