Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Open Weather, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Open Weather and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Open Weather and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Open Weather and Pipefy
Open Weather + Pipefy + Google Sheets: Get the current weather conditions using Open Weather, create a card in Pipefy to log this information, and then add a row to a Google Sheet to save the weather data for analysis.
Pipefy + Open Weather + Slack: When a card in Pipefy is marked as late, retrieve the current weather conditions using Open Weather. If the weather is a specified condition (e.g., rain, snow), send a notification in Slack to inform the team about potential delays due to weather.
