Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the OpenPhone and FreeAgent integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and FreeAgent (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and FreeAgent

OpenPhone + FreeAgent + Slack: When a new call is received in OpenPhone, the automation searches for the caller in FreeAgent. If a matching contact is found, a Slack message is sent with a link to their FreeAgent record.

FreeAgent + OpenPhone + Google Sheets: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, the automation logs the invoice details in a Google Sheet, along with relevant OpenPhone call details, if available. The FreeAgent actions is limited, so we will create a contact if it does not exist.
