Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OpenPhone and MySQL integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and MySQL (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and MySQL

OpenPhone + MySQL + Slack: When a call event is registered in OpenPhone, the details are logged to a MySQL database. If the call is missed, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.

MySQL + OpenPhone + Google Sheets: When a new row is added to a MySQL database, a text message is sent via OpenPhone. The details of the message sent are then logged to a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
