Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ortto and Atera (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Ortto and Atera
Ortto + Atera + Slack: When a customer's activity in Ortto indicates potential churn (e.g., based on a custom activity event), a high-priority ticket is created in Atera. The account manager is then notified via Slack.
Atera + Ortto + Google Sheets: When an Atera ticket is resolved, the details are added as a new row to a Google Sheet. Then, Ortto sends a customer satisfaction survey based on data from Google Sheets.
