Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ortto and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Ortto and Confluence
Ortto + Confluence + Slack: When a new lead reaches a scoring threshold (captured via a new activity event in Ortto), a new page is created in Confluence to document the lead's information. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new lead and the Confluence page.
Confluence + Jira + Ortto: When a Confluence page is updated and tagged with 'bug', a new Jira issue is created to track the bug. The user's profile in Ortto is then updated to reflect their reported bug.
