Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Ortto, Softr, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Ortto and Softr integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ortto and Softr (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Ortto and Softr
Ortto + Softr + Google Sheets: When a new activity event occurs in Ortto, such as a user signing up, this triggers an update to the Softr website content (e.g., displaying a new user count) and logs the user data in Google Sheets for analysis.
Softr + Ortto + Airtable: When a new user registers on Softr, the automation adds the user to Ortto for marketing automation purposes and saves their details in Airtable for record-keeping and analysis.
