Ortto + Google Sheets + Twist: When a new activity event occurs in Ortto, the details are added as a new row in Google Sheets. Then, a message is posted in a Twist channel to notify the marketing and sales teams about the new activity.
Twist + Jira + Ortto: When a new thread is added to a Twist channel (e.g., a feature request), an issue is created in Jira to track it. The Jira issue is then linked to an Ortto user profile by creating a custom activity event.
