Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Ortto, Webhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Ortto and Webhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ortto and Webhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Ortto and Webhook

Webhook + Google Sheets + Ortto: A Webhook receives campaign data, then it adds this data as a new row to a Google Sheet. Finally, Ortto can create or update a person based on the data added to the Google Sheet.

Ortto + Webhook + Slack: When a new activity event occurs in Ortto, a Webhook is triggered, sending data to Slack to alert the marketing team. The alert will include the new lead and the scoring threshold.
