Most powerful ways to connect Outscraper and Simplesat
Outscraper + Simplesat + Slack: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, the workflow searches for the associated customer feedback. If the feedback contains negative keywords (e.g., 'bad', 'terrible'), a notification is sent to a Slack channel.
Simplesat + Outscraper + Google Sheets: This workflow gathers customer satisfaction data from Simplesat using new answers. It then uses Outscraper to retrieve business information, such as company names or Google Maps data. Finally, this data is compiled and analyzed in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for reporting.
