How to connect PagerDuty and Acapela Cloud
Create a New Scenario to Connect PagerDuty and Acapela Cloud
In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a PagerDuty, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, PagerDuty or Acapela Cloud will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find PagerDuty or Acapela Cloud, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the PagerDuty Node
Select the PagerDuty node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring PagerDuty, Acapela Cloud, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Acapela Cloud integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Acapela Cloud (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Acapela Cloud
PagerDuty + Acapela Cloud + Slack: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, Acapela Cloud generates an audio file from the incident details. Then Slack notifies the on-call team via a direct message with the generated audio file.
PagerDuty + Acapela Cloud + Twilio: When a new or updated incident is triggered in PagerDuty, Acapela Cloud generates a voice message summarizing the incident details. Twilio then sends this voice message via SMS to relevant personnel.
