Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Calendly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Calendly

PagerDuty + Calendly + Slack: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, the automation checks for upcoming Calendly meetings. It then sends a summary of the meeting details (e.g., attendees, topic) to a designated Slack channel.

Calendly + PagerDuty + Microsoft Teams: If a critical incident occurs in PagerDuty while a Calendly meeting is in progress, the automation sends an urgent notification to the relevant Microsoft Teams channel to alert meeting participants.
