Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and HubSpot
PagerDuty + Slack + HubSpot: When a high-priority incident is triggered in PagerDuty, a message is posted in a dedicated Slack channel to alert the marketing team. HubSpot is included to look up relevant contact information and add it to the slack message.
HubSpot + PagerDuty + Microsoft Teams: If a critical lead is updated in HubSpot (e.g., after submitting a form indicating a severe support issue), trigger a PagerDuty incident to immediately notify the sales team via Microsoft Teams.
