PagerDuty + Slack + Magento: When a new critical incident is triggered in PagerDuty, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the on-call team. Simultaneously, Magento pauses new orders to prevent further issues during the site outage.
Magento + PagerDuty + Email: If a Magento order fails repeatedly (simulated with multiple credit memos), an alert is triggered in PagerDuty to notify the IT team. A summary email is also sent to the store admin with order details and failure information.
