Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Mailchimp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Mailchimp

PagerDuty + Mailchimp + Slack: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, a summary of the incident is sent to a specified Mailchimp list as a note. A resolution notice is then posted in a designated Slack channel.

Mailchimp + PagerDuty + Twilio: When a new subscriber is added in Mailchimp, it will trigger an alert to on-call personnel via PagerDuty. Then, Twilio will send an SMS message to the on-call personnel.
