Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring PagerDuty, Mailerlite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Mailerlite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Mailerlite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Mailerlite
PagerDuty + Mailerlite + Slack: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, a summary of the incident is sent to a Mailerlite subscriber list. A notification is then posted in a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the resolution.
Mailerlite + PagerDuty + Twilio: When a Mailerlite campaign encounters a bounced email, a PagerDuty incident is triggered to alert the on-call engineer. Simultaneously, an SMS message is sent via Twilio to the on-call engineer, ensuring immediate awareness of the campaign failure.
