Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, Moosend, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Moosend integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Moosend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Moosend

PagerDuty + Moosend + Slack: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, a summary email is sent via Moosend to stakeholders. A notification is also sent to relevant teams in Slack to keep them informed.

Moosend + PagerDuty + Google Sheets: Track campaign performance in Moosend. If key performance metrics decline, a PagerDuty incident is created to alert the team. All campaign data and incident triggers are logged in a Google Sheet.
