Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Patreon (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Patreon
Patreon + PagerDuty + Discord: When a Patreon member makes a new pledge, trigger a PagerDuty incident and notify the support team in Discord via a Slack channel message, as a Discord integration isn't directly available.
Patreon + PagerDuty + Slack: When a Patreon member's pledge is updated, and if the update indicates an urgent issue (identified through custom logic), create a PagerDuty incident and alert responders in a designated Slack channel.
