PagerDuty + PDFMonkey + Slack: When a new or updated high-priority incident occurs in PagerDuty, a PDF report is generated using PDFMonkey. The generated document is then shared via a message in a dedicated Slack channel.
PDFMonkey + PagerDuty + Jira: If PDF document generation fails in PDFMonkey, a PagerDuty alert is triggered, and a bug is automatically created in Jira for the development team to address the issue.
