Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, Quickbase, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Quickbase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Quickbase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Quickbase

PagerDuty + Quickbase + Slack: When a new or updated high-priority incident is created in PagerDuty, a corresponding record is created in Quickbase. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the on-call team about the incident.

Quickbase + PagerDuty + Twilio: When a critical asset's status is updated in Quickbase, a new incident is triggered in PagerDuty. Simultaneously, an SMS message is sent via Twilio to the maintenance team, alerting them to the change in asset status and the PagerDuty incident.
