Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Salesforce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Salesforce

PagerDuty + Salesforce + Slack: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, the automation flow finds the related Salesforce record by ID and updates it. Subsequently, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the update.

Salesforce + PagerDuty + Jira: When a new high-priority case is created in Salesforce, a Jira ticket is created, and a PagerDuty incident is triggered for immediate response.
