Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PagerDuty, SendFox, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and SendFox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and SendFox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and SendFox

PagerDuty + SendFox + Slack: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, a contact is created or updated in SendFox with incident details. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the support team about the incident.

SendFox + PagerDuty + Google Sheets: When a new campaign is created in SendFox, track its performance in Google Sheets. If key metrics aren't met and the campaign is underperforming, an event is triggered in PagerDuty to alert the on-call team.
