Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Simplybook

PagerDuty + Simplybook + Slack: When a new or updated high-priority incident is created in PagerDuty, the automation checks for impacted bookings in Simplybook. If there are any, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify staff about the disruption.

Simplybook + PagerDuty + Twilio: If Simplybook detects a cancelled booking, this triggers an incident in PagerDuty. PagerDuty then identifies the on-call staff and sends them an SMS notification via Twilio to alert them about the cancellation.
