Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PandaDoc and Soax integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PandaDoc and Soax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PandaDoc and Soax
PandaDoc + Soax + Slack: When a PandaDoc document's status changes, Soax is used to perform a Google search to attempt to determine the viewer's geographical region based on IP address or other available information. If a region is identified, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the document view and the viewer's approximate location.
PandaDoc + Salesforce + Slack: When a PandaDoc document status changes to 'Signed', the corresponding lead in Salesforce is updated. A Slack notification is then sent to a channel to alert the sales team of the document signature and the lead update.
