Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PandaDoc, Systeme IO, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PandaDoc and Systeme IO integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PandaDoc and Systeme IO (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PandaDoc and Systeme IO

PandaDoc + Slack + Systeme IO: When a document's status changes in PandaDoc (e.g., signed), a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, keeping the sales team informed. This trigger doesn't directly interact with Systeme IO, but the platform is included as context.

Systeme IO + PandaDoc + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Systeme IO (representing a new course enrollment), a contract is created from a template in PandaDoc. Then, the enrollment and contract data is logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
