Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Paperform, SpaceX, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Paperform and SpaceX integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Paperform and SpaceX (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Paperform and SpaceX

Paperform + Google Sheets + SpaceX: When a new space tourism interest form is submitted in Paperform, the submission data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. Subsequently, information about the next SpaceX launch is fetched and added to the same Google Sheets row for context and analysis.

SpaceX + Paperform + Slack: When a new SpaceX launch is scheduled (or its details are updated), retrieve the information and send a Slack message to notify interested parties who have submitted their information via a Paperform form. The Slack message can include launch details and a link back to the Paperform submission data.
