After configuring Paperform, Systeme IO, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Paperform and Systeme IO integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Paperform and Systeme IO (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Paperform and Systeme IO
Paperform + Systeme IO + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Paperform, a new contact is created in Systeme IO. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to inform the team about the new submission and contact.
Systeme IO + Paperform + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Systeme IO (such as a new customer), a new form is created in Paperform, and the event data is logged as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
