Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PDFMonkey and Slack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PDFMonkey and Slack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PDFMonkey and Slack

PDFMonkey + Google Drive + Slack: When a document is generated in PDFMonkey, it's automatically saved to a specified folder in Google Drive. A summary of the document, including the file name and a link, is then posted to a designated Slack channel for team review.

Slack + PDFMonkey + Airtable: When a new message is posted to a specific Slack channel, a PDF document is generated using PDFMonkey, containing the message content. This PDF is then stored as a record in Airtable, allowing for searchable archiving of key Slack discussions.
