Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Phantombuster and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Phantombuster and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Phantombuster and TimeCamp

Phantombuster + TimeCamp + Google Sheets: When Phantombuster finishes a task and produces new output, TimeCamp creates a time entry to track the time spent. This time entry data, along with details about the Phantombuster task, is then added to a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.

TimeCamp + Phantombuster + Slack: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, the workflow checks if it's related to a Phantombuster task. If the time spent exceeds a specified threshold, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the team.
