Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Webflow

Webflow + Airtable + Pinecone: Upon submission of a form in Webflow, the data is saved to Airtable. Then, the form submission is indexed in Pinecone to enable enhanced search capabilities within the CMS.

Webflow + Pinecone: When content is added to Webflow as a collection item, the text is used to create or update an index in Pinecone.
