Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pipefy, Captions, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Pipefy and Captions integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipefy and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and Captions

Pipefy + Captions + Slack: When a card in Pipefy moves to the 'Ready for Video' phase, Captions automatically generates captions for the video. Once the captions are generated, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.

Captions + Google Drive + Pipefy: When Captions completes generating captions, the generated file is stored in a specified Google Drive folder. After the file is saved, a new card is created in Pipefy for review, including a link to the file in Google Drive.
