Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pipefy, CloudTalk, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Pipefy and CloudTalk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipefy and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and CloudTalk
Pipefy + CloudTalk + Slack: When a new card is created in Pipefy, a Slack channel is created. The channel name is based on the Pipefy card's name, and is used to discuss any CloudTalk calls related to the Pipefy card.
CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Pipefy: When a new call is logged in CloudTalk, the call details are added to a Google Sheet. A Pipefy card is then created to track follow-up tasks related to the call.
