Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipefy and FreshBooks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and FreshBooks
Pipefy + FreshBooks + Slack: When a card reaches the 'Done' phase in Pipefy, this automation creates an invoice in FreshBooks for the client associated with the card. Then, a notification is sent via Slack to the client to inform them about the new invoice.
FreshBooks + Pipefy + Google Sheets: When a new client is added in FreshBooks, a new card is created in Pipefy to track the client's project. The client's data is also logged to a specified Google Sheets spreadsheet for record-keeping and analysis.
