Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pipefy, TimeCamp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Pipefy and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipefy and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and TimeCamp

Pipefy + TimeCamp + Slack: When a card is marked as done in Pipefy, a time entry is created in TimeCamp to log the time spent on the task. Then, a summary of the completed task and time spent is sent to a designated Slack channel.

TimeCamp + Pipefy + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, the details are summarized and used to update a specific card in Pipefy. This information is also added as a new row in a Google Sheet to track project time allocation.
