Depending on your setup, data should flow between PostgreSQL and Tamtam (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Tamtam + PostgreSQL + Google Sheets: Monitors Tamtam for new support requests. When a request is received, the details are logged in PostgreSQL. Weekly, these requests are summarized and added to a Google Sheet for reporting.
Tamtam + PostgreSQL + Jira: When a critical issue is reported via Tamtam, a Jira ticket is automatically created. Simultaneously, the conversation details from Tamtam are stored in PostgreSQL for future reference and analysis.
