Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PostgreSQL, Woodpecker, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PostgreSQL and Woodpecker integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PostgreSQL and Woodpecker (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PostgreSQL and Woodpecker

Woodpecker + PostgreSQL + Slack: When a Woodpecker email campaign results in a prospect replying, extract the prospect's email and find the corresponding customer data in PostgreSQL. Then, send a notification to a Slack channel with the customer's information.

Woodpecker + PostgreSQL + Google Sheets: When a Woodpecker email is opened, find the corresponding user data in PostgreSQL. Then, log the email open event and the associated user data into a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
