Depending on your setup, data should flow between Productboard and Recruitee (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Productboard and Recruitee

Productboard + Recruitee + Slack: When a new note is added in Productboard indicating a need for a specific skill, Recruitee searches for candidates with that skill. If no candidate is found, a notification is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert recruiters about the skill gap.

Recruitee + Productboard + Google Sheets: When a new candidate is added to Recruitee, the automation identifies their skills. Then, it compares these skills against product feedback from Productboard using new notes. Finally, any identified skill gaps are logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for future hiring considerations.
