Pushbullet + Google Cloud Translate + Telegram: When a new push is received in Pushbullet, the text is translated using Google Cloud Translate, and the translated text is sent to a Telegram channel.
Discord bot + Pushbullet + Google Cloud Translate: When a new message is posted by the Discord bot, it's sent to Pushbullet, then translated to a desired language using Google Cloud Translate.
