Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Quentn, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Quentn and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Quentn and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Quentn and TickTick
Quentn + TickTick + Google Calendar: When a contact reaches a specific milestone (term) in Quentn, a task is created in TickTick. Subsequently, this TickTick task's details, such as title and due date, are used to create an event in Google Calendar to schedule the task for better time management.
TickTick + Quentn + Slack: When a task is completed in TickTick, the automation checks if the task is related to a Quentn marketing automation project. If so, it sends a Slack message to the team with details about the completed task.
