How to connect Quickbase and pdfFiller
Create a New Scenario to Connect Quickbase and pdfFiller
In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Quickbase, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Quickbase or pdfFiller will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Quickbase or pdfFiller, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Quickbase Node
Select the Quickbase node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Quickbase, pdfFiller, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Quickbase and pdfFiller integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Quickbase and pdfFiller (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Quickbase and pdfFiller
Quickbase + pdfFiller + Slack: When a Quickbase record is updated, a PDF form is created using pdfFiller, pre-filled with the updated data. A shareable link to the filled document is then sent to a Slack channel for approval.
pdfFiller + Quickbase + Google Sheets: When a new filled form is received in pdfFiller, the data is used to create or update a record in Quickbase. A new row is added to Google Sheets with the filled form data and the Quickbase record ID for logging.
