Most powerful ways to connect Quickbase and Qwilr
Quickbase + Qwilr + Slack: When a record is updated in Quickbase (specifically, when a project stage changes), a new proposal is automatically generated in Qwilr using a predefined template. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new proposal.
Qwilr + Quickbase + PandaDoc: When a Qwilr proposal is accepted, the corresponding project status in Quickbase is updated to 'Completed.' Subsequently, the accepted Qwilr proposal is archived as a PDF document in PandaDoc for record-keeping.
